Privacy Policy

WealthReach Inc.

Effective date: April 2026

WealthReach is an AI-powered prospecting and growth platform operated by WealthReach Inc. ("WealthReach," "we," "us," or "our"). We help advisory firms, RIAs, and tax practices identify opportunities, prioritize prospects, and engage them compliantly. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information in connection with our websites, products, and services.

By accessing or using our websites, app, or pixel (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to this Privacy Policy. Your use of the Services is also governed by our Terms of Service, which are incorporated by reference.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post the new version in the app or on our website. Your continued use of the Services after changes become effective means you accept the updated policy.

1. What This Privacy Policy Covers

This Privacy Policy covers how we treat Personal Data we collect when you:

  • visit or interact with our websites,
  • use the WealthReach application,
  • install or allow the WealthReach pixel on your site, or
  • connect third-party tools to WealthReach.

"Personal Data" means information that identifies or relates to an identified or identifiable person, and includes what various U.S. state privacy laws call "personal information," "personal data," or "sensitive personal information."

This Policy does not cover websites or services we do not control. If you connect WealthReach to another tool, that tool's privacy policy applies to that tool.

California residents should also review our California Privacy Notice, which supplements this Privacy Policy and describes rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).

2. Personal Data We Collect

Depending on how you use the Services, we may collect:

A. Identifiers and Contact Information

  • Name
  • Business email and/or phone
  • Firm name and role
  • Account credentials (username, login identifiers)

B. Business / Firm Information

  • Advisory/RIA/tax practice information you provide
  • Teams, seats, or users you add
  • Preferences (targets, segments, territories)

C. Usage and Device Information

  • IP address and approximate location
  • Browser, device type, operating system
  • Pages viewed, buttons clicked, features used
  • Log data, timestamps, referring pages

D. Website / Pixel Events

When a customer firm's site loads our pixel, we may receive technical information about the visit (for example: page URL, time on page, device/browser info, IP address) in order to provide the customer firm with visitor-identification and engagement features.

E. Communications

  • Support tickets, emails, chats, surveys
  • Demo requests and notes

F. Billing / Transactions (Advisors only)

  • Billing name and contact
  • Payment details (processed via our payment partner; we do not store full card numbers)

We do not intentionally collect consumer financial account numbers, Social Security numbers, or other high-risk sensitive identifiers through the core WealthReach experience.

3. Advisor-Specific Processing

Because WealthReach is built for advisory/tax/financial firms, we process certain data in a way that's tailored to this industry:

Visitor and engagement intelligence. If you add our pixel or tracking snippet to your site, we process visit-level technical data so we can show you which organizations or people are showing interest in your services.

Prospect organization and scoring. We use activity, recency, and fit signals to help you prioritize prospects and opportunities inside your account.

Outbound and audience workflows. If you choose to push contacts from WealthReach into email, CRM, calendar, or audience/sync destinations, we will process the contact details only to perform that workflow for you.

Your data stays your data for AI. We do not use your customer, prospect, or account data to train generalized AI/ML models for the benefit of other WealthReach customers. We may use your data to personalize, improve, or fine-tune AI outputs inside your own account/tenant, but we do not pool your client lists to build a public model.

You control who you contact. We give you tools; you decide how and when to contact people and what compliance rules apply.

4. Sources of Personal Data

We collect Personal Data from:

  1. You directly (signups, demos, in-app forms)
  2. Automatically (app usage, pixel loads)
  3. Services you authorize (email, CRM, calendar, audience tools)
  4. Selected service providers and business partners (to improve the quality of business/contact data)
  5. Public and business sources

External prospect data entering our platform flows through a licensed, contractual data supply chain with source-level consent. No scraping is used. A compliance filtering layer is applied before any data is distributed outbound, covering federal data protection, state-level regulations (including California, Colorado, Texas, Vermont, and Massachusetts), sector-specific privacy, cross-border transfer rules, the CCPA/CPRA, GLBA, and FCRA. The pipeline does not accept international (non-U.S.) data, health-related data, data on individuals under 18, or sensitive payment card data.

5. How We Use Personal Data

We use Personal Data to:

  • provide, operate, and secure the Services;
  • create and manage accounts and workspaces;
  • show you which prospects are engaging and how recently;
  • personalize your views, scoring, and recommendations;
  • send service, security, and billing messages;
  • process payments;
  • improve and develop new features;
  • prevent fraud, abuse, or security incidents;
  • comply with law and enforce our agreements;
  • market WealthReach to you (you can opt out of marketing).

We will not use Personal Data we have collected for materially different, unrelated, or incompatible purposes without providing notice or obtaining consent where required.

6. Cookies, Pixels, and Audience Sync

WealthReach uses cookies, web beacons, pixels, tags, and similar technologies ("Cookies") to:

  • keep you logged in and secure the app;
  • remember preferences and personalize content;
  • understand how the product is used;
  • help you sync or build audiences in the destinations you choose.

Consent on your site

If you install our pixel on your website, you are responsible for implementing your own cookie and consent banner so the pixel does not fire for visitors who decline tracking. We only receive data when your site actually sends it.

Browser-based privacy signals

WealthReach Inc. recognizes Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals sent by your browser as a valid opt-out of the "sale" or "sharing" of your personal information under the CCPA. WealthReach Inc. does not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under the CCPA, but we honor GPC signals on the wealthreach.ai domain as a matter of policy.

For the WealthReach pixel deployed on a customer firm's website, the firm is responsible for the consent framework on the firm's site, including any browser-signal handling. GPC is supported through browser extensions and native browser features; WealthReach Inc. does not provide a browser extension.

We do not respond to legacy "Do Not Track" browser signals, which are not supported by a consensus standard.

Managing cookies

You can manage cookies in your browser. Disabling certain cookies may affect the functionality of the Services.

7. How We Disclose Personal Data

We may disclose Personal Data to:

  1. Service providers and processors (hosting, payments, analytics, support, security)
  2. Integrations you authorize (email, CRM, calendar, audience destinations)
  3. Corporate transactions (merger, acquisition, sale of assets)
  4. Legal and safety (to comply with law, protect rights, investigate abuse)
  5. De-identified or aggregated data (for analytics and product improvement, without identifying you)

We do not sell or share Personal Data as those terms are defined under the CCPA. Raw prospect data accessed through the platform does not leave the platform environment; we do not permit bulk data exports, API data dumps, or sublicensing of the underlying data to any third party outside the platform.

8. Data Security

We maintain reasonable technical, organizational, and administrative safeguards to protect Personal Data, consistent with the nature of the data and applicable legal requirements. Controls include encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access with least privilege, multi-factor authentication, centralized logging and monitoring, vulnerability management, and documented incident response. No method is perfectly secure, so please protect your password and account.

9. Data Retention

We retain Personal Data only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, meet legal and audit requirements, and enforce our agreements. For a detailed retention schedule by data category, including post-cancellation retention periods, please see our California Privacy Notice. We may keep de-identified or aggregated data longer because it no longer identifies you.

10. Children's Privacy

Our Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them. If we learn we have, we will delete it. We do not accept data on individuals under 18 into our data pipeline.

11. State Law Privacy Rights

Depending on your state of residence, you may have rights to access, delete, correct, or opt out of certain processing of your Personal Data. These rights, and the procedures for exercising them, are described in detail in our California Privacy Notice, which supplements this Privacy Policy for California residents and also serves as a reference point for consumers in other states with similar rights.

Rights generally include:

  • The right to know what Personal Data we have collected, the sources, the purposes, and the categories of recipients
  • The right to delete Personal Data collected from you
  • The right to correct inaccurate Personal Data
  • The right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your Personal Data
  • The right to limit the use and disclosure of sensitive personal information
  • The right to data portability
  • The right to non-discrimination for exercising any of these rights

WealthReach Inc. does not sell or share Personal Data as those terms are defined under the CCPA. We also maintain a "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" page.

To exercise any of these rights, you may:

  • Submit a request through the privacy request form on our California Privacy Notice page
  • Email privacy@wealthreach.ai
  • Mail WealthReach Inc., Attn: Privacy Officer, 350 Motor Parkway, Suite 300, Hauppauge, NY 11788

We may need to verify your identity before responding. Verification requirements depend on the type of request and are described in the California Privacy Notice.

12. Google and Microsoft API Data

If you connect Gmail, Google Workspace, Outlook, or Microsoft 365:

  • we use that data only to provide the features you enabled;
  • we do not use it to develop, improve, or train generalized AI/ML models;
  • we handle it under the applicable API policies.
